JEE Admit Card 2026 – Important Instructions
Candidates appearing for JEE 2026 must carefully read and follow the instructions mentioned on the admit card and given below. Failure to comply may lead to disqualification.
Before the Examination
Download the JEE Admit Card 2026 only from the official website
Ensure that all details printed on the admit card are correct and clearly visible
Take at least one clear printout of the admit card
Preserve the admit card safely until the admission process is completed
In case of any discrepancy, immediately contact the official JEE helpdesk
Documents to Carry to the Exam Centre
Candidates must carry:
Printed copy of JEE Admit Card 2026
One original valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID / PAN Card / School ID)
Passport-size photograph (same as uploaded in the application form), if required
Reporting & Entry Instructions
Reach the examination centre well before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card
Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances
Candidates must occupy their seats as per the roll number displayed
Prohibited Items
Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying:
Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators
Books, notes, papers, study material
Bags, wallets, electronic gadgets
Any unfair means or prohibited items
During the Examination
Follow instructions given by the invigilators and exam authorities
Do not communicate with other candidates
Use only the rough sheets provided at the centre
Do not attempt to leave the examination hall before the exam ends

Tampering with the admit card or impersonation will result in cancellation of candidature
